Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: 72 hours advance notice is required to reschedule or your deposit will be forfeited. If you need to reschedule your appointment, the price of your service will be determined based on the current pricing on the day that you reschedule your appointment for, i.e., if pricing has changed, your service is subject to that new price.
Late: Clients who arrive over 15 minutes late may result in the forfeiture of both your deposit and your appointment. If you are going to be late or if an unforeseen circumstance occurs, please notify me as soon as possible.
Touchups: If you cancel or reschedule your complimentary touchup without a 48 hour advance notice, a fee will apply to reschedule. If you do not book your complimentary touchup within 8 weeks of the initial procedure, an additional fee will apply.
No Shows
Your deposit will be forfeited if you fail to show to your appointment without notice. In order to rebook, you will have to go through the same booking process as before. We respect your time, please respect ours.
Results
To reiterate once more, there is no guarantee for healed results - these are dependent on each individual client; their skin type, lifestyle and aftercare. I do not guarantee perfect symmetry or proportions as this too is influenced by client's bone structures and muscle movements. The final shape is ultimately your decision. Children & Guests
Please do not bring your children as the service is long and requires no interruptions for the client and the artist. If you wish to bring a guest, please limit to just 1 guest as space may be limited.
